Favorite Quote:
Life is not measured my the breaths we take but, by the moments that take our breath away.

When the storm around you rages,
and arouses a restless billowing sea,
in your life the Almighty seems an absentee.
The tranquil ominous ways overbearing,
she Is unstable dark and unsparing,
you life seems toppled, overturned.

She embodies the patient and calm.
Her frothing waves continue to roar; collide.
She boils with inconceivable power,
and you wonder what er your life’s betide.
Your pride becomes bruised, your demeanor now cowers.

With regretful, tear-filled eyes to heaven raised.
your lips whimper to heaven ward voiceless cries,
The saline waters engulfing, the waves enraged.
You mournfully turn to the creator of the earth and skies,
Only by his enduring love you will be freed from the stormy gale
only by his merciful hand, you will from the perilous sea; prevail.

From her deathly chilling hands, belief will from her absolve.
From the deceitfully innocent sea, the grasp of her crystal wave.
Bemused in pain and anguish your sins humbly, warmly concede.
Your heart torn smitten in two, pride decreased.
For by his grace only, you can be free from your iniquity.
and defeat her, that engulfing, restless, billowing sea.

This is a poem that I wrote for school and a belief that I believe with my whole heart.
