Young and naïve, I left the ocean
To sail away on
the mothership again
I found
Martian civilizations, puritan remains
Electric sheep, steel rain
Spacesuits and weightlessness
freedom, blanketed peace
a romantic genesis
in a land of moon dust
and eternity
lonely, i left the ocean
lonely, i remain
