She cries all day
since you've been gone.
On the floor she lays,
from dusk until dawn.
Her eyes are weak.
Her body is sore.
She no longer speaks
because you're not here anymore.
I'm sorry we separated you.
I'm sorry she still cries.
I'm sorry we moved somewhere new.
I'm sorry I didn't say goodbye.
