emotions run and stick together
as i stand in the rain, cold and bitter
as i stand around an open grave with a coffin
my good friend was killed for nothing
being buried today
my birthday
his birthday
I've nothing to say
I'm so angry
yet too sad to see
through my tears
and the rain, realizing my fears
that this life is full of injustice
those in charge could care less
for our well being, only our money
so lets see
the day its up to us to save them
and see if we help them
come to their aid
as my friend is laid
in the cold, wet ground
without a goodbye, without a sound
