A tiny gray squirrel
Scampers up the tree.

His store of nuts awaits him
In the midst of the branches.
He's regal and adorable;
His name is Skipperdee.

Thanks for reading! Yeah, I was also thinking I should add more length. oh and the name Skipperdee is what we call a neighborhood squirrel that comes to our house alot. =)

I don't know. It's a cute little poem, but I want to hear more. And where did the name Skipperdee come from. (Over all I liked your poem)
