Winter Storm
Sadness is a cold winter storm.
The biting, harsh wind is the start.
The trees bend and give under the powerful gusts of the wind,
Trying to stay upright,
But not able to fight the wind’s power.
Next comes the snow.
Harsh and unforgiving,
It stops only for itself,
Not able to be stopped by anyone else.
Finally,
The clouds start to move and separate.
Rays of sunlight start to break through,
After the many days of the storm.
