The Castle of Lore


Alas I am a damsel in distress.
My fair knight spied the fiendish creature and regressed!
No ones spared by the Dragon Smog,
So off went my savior, into the bog.
Little help is he, as I cower in my finest dress.

The whole Castle of Lore turned me away,
For the cruel Smog devours a-maiden-a-day.
Ten swords could not hew off a single wing!
My only solace is to sing.
That murderous monster shall pay.

A knight appears, his name I cannot guess!
His courage definitely impressed!
The faint-hearted beast turned tail,
My savior declared, “ I will hunt him down in two days, no less!”
