Summary:
Aria has been working for a cruel woman for many years and she has many years ahead of her still to work. She wishes to marry a young man called Roland who works with her yet they fear that with the crueler their Madam becomes that they may be killed. In terror they flee from the home and are separated while Aria is struggling with the fact that she is with child. She works to find Roland so they can be reunited.
