The Diary of Evelyn Crowley
Summary: Evelyn Crowley and her mother leave Evelyn's father behind in their small town so they can move to Denver and earn a living there to send back. But why leave Evelyn's father behind? And wouldn't it cost more to move halfway across the country for only a year rather than stay put? Throughout the exciting plot, Evelyn uncovers the truth behind all the lies she's been told, and finds a part of herself that she never knew existed.
