My best friend since the first day I could see
The best best friend any guy could ask for
I loved him and he meant the world to me
It's a shame that I lost him to cancer
Together we made the ultimate team
Sneaking into the movies late at night
Being with him was always just a dream
And it crushed me when he had lost the fight
Everything he said was so comical
Always talking about our memories
He didn't want me at the hospital
Crying when he said please don't forget me
And I remember when the last day came
Papa I will never forget your name
