Since she was born she never left her side

Cousins by blood became sisters at heart

Letting her love show it was worldwide

Together forever never apart

When the day come she had to move away

They where told the would see each other soon

They cried til the end of that dreadful day

Everyday they called when the clock hit noon

Distance and time only made them stronger

Both of them grew up as close as ever

"She you soon, it will not be much longer"

Savoring the time threy have toeghter

Sisters at heart and bestfriends forever

None could break the bond they had together

This sonnet is about my older cosuin who i am very close too. We been close seen i was born and as time when on she had to move farther and farther away from me cause if her dads job. Today she is seven hours away from where i live and is living in a different state. We are still close as ever. We talk all the time and we get to see each other maybe three times a year if we get lucky. This inspired me because i wanted to show others that no matter how far away somone can be, distance can never be as big as your bond and love for somone.
