Here in this poem is where it all lies

My feelings towards you are long to take flight

For as long as I’ve known your bright blue eyes

I’ve known everything will always be right.



Smiling towards the sun is the morning light

You will brighten up the path to my heart

That’s a private entrance, it’s locked up tight

Now only you, with the key, can impart.



And when you do, my heart belongs to you

Please just don’t do anything to break it

I will be at your side if you are true

If you break my heart, I will not forget.



If you really like me, you won’t hurt me;
