Passing Moments

The first time we met, I fell for you then.
Your gone; now I try to remember when.
Your eyes were hypnotic, enchanting me,
Though love at first sight wasn't meant to be.
You weren't like the others; you were kind.
I felt so lucky, to have such a find.
We're very different; maybe that was good,
Could have ended like a fairy tale should.
Our moment passed way to quick, fast, and soon.
Mysterious, the dark side of the moon.
Life is full of moments, passing in wind,
My hopes and dreams, caught in a whirlwind.
You've moved on, and I am happy for you.
The time will come, when I can mov on too.
