Beginning as a child, knowing nothing
As gullible and foolish as can be
Falling into traps with no understanding
Leading with our eyes which cannot see

With the right things we start to mature
Sprouting and gaining the knowledge we need
Running into the surrounding vultures
We turn it around deciding to lead

Standing proud and tall, as wise as can be
We are never done learning and growing
Plenty more to hear, plenty more to see
On the road we take, just keeps on going

How much we have learned from tiny to tall
