Dull expression as you show your guile
False smiles, a mask you wear
To get you simply from here to there
Soft autumn, closed eyes
Silent gestures that signal surprise
Large sums of denial that you share
To get you simply from here to there
Blissful winter, softened words
Inaudible chirps from the winter birds
Simple silence that you try to bear
To get you simply from here to there
Quiet spring, beating chest
All alone wit cheeks wet
You take in your last breath of air
And end with a bullet from here to there
