Follows you around at night
Gives some people a fright
With its creepy glow
Sometimes I think it’s just for show

Crescent moon half as scary
Full, you have to be much more daring
Hides behind the clouds
Doesn’t even make a sound

When darkness falls you see it’s light
All through out the haunting night
It casts wraith like shadow all around
They are waiting on the ground
When the stars start to fade
The moon hides , it must obey
