My heart has crumbled,
my veins are torn.
My blood flows freely
with nothing left to warm.
My body broken,
left behind.
After those words were spoken,
you will never be mine.

I've only fell into the arms of love once and it ended badly. Writing this is a way of getting over it and starting fresh in the year of 2012.
