He roams in the depths of the opera.
He is always listening to her,
She who has the voice of an angel.
She whom he taught her to sing like an angel.
He watches her.
He, the “Angel of Music”.

He, the “Angel of Music”, puts silly ideas in her head.
He sings songs in her head.
Never wanting to lose her love,
He lies, to keep her, hiding who he really is.
Just to keep her,
but instead inflicting pain and suffering onto her.
He, the “Angel of Music”
Is the Devil's Child,
The Phantom of the Opera.

The one person who haunts her in her dreams.
The slithering snake of a man.
Lashing out at her.
She, his slave.
A slave of the brain.
A slave of the soul.
A slave of the heart.
