We live for ourselves, for someone else, for noone at all.
Get knocked down, we stand; rise, we fall.
Accepting failure, envy the success.
Each second is more, each second is less.
Love will happen, not always in the same way.
Take it in, hold it, a feeling to stay.
Looking around, only needing a smile.
Why can't you be the one someone has needed for a while?
Always have a purpose, though it may not be known.
Finding yourself, not scared to be shown.
Every stranger will become a friend.
Live for something, life never ends.

The author's comments:
It's my senior year, and I'm always being asked whta i want to do with the rest of my life. When I got to thinking about it, I realized that I wasn't even sure what my purpose in life way. So, i began to write and think of what I believed life was about. This is what I came up with.
