Great Expectations

Pip’s Great Realizations
Pip’s expectations are not fulfilled
Crushed, he hoped so long and hard, now dismayed
Though tis trapped inside him, he’s not thrilled
Once Estella left him he felt betrayed

Maybe a visit to Joe and Biddy
Fit for the singles life he understands
Mentioning Estella makes him giddy
He is clay being molded in her hands

His pout feelings are mixed without a doubt
A walk down memory lane is needed
So he goes down to Satis house, gives a shout
This proves that the warning was not heeded

Estella, lovely as the bright full moon
Now they cannot part, the wedding is soon

I really liked writing this piece, because of the various love complications between pip and estalla.
