She's always loved you
You've just been too ignorant to see
Together all that you could do
And together all that you could be
She's spent all her time chasing
You, the one who runs away
She imagines her arms embracing
You, every single day
Her hand and yours, intertwined
Without a doubt
This she sees inside her mind
Then you go and brush her off, send her out
Yesterday, today, forever too
She hopes that you will love her true
