We loved with a love that was more than love. - Edgar Allan Poe

I cried over you for hours,
how come you never came?
you just decided to leave me there,
and you say you have no shame?

I cried over you for hours,
and you don't even care?
I can't be more disgusted,
do even you feel despair?

I cried over you for hours,
I knew I should've known,
especially all those lonley nights,
I sat hours by the phone

I cried over you for hours,
with all those saddened tears,
I can't take this insanity anymore,
you'll never understand how this feels

I cried over you for hours,
just staring into space,
wondering why this happened,
and how you became a disgrace

I cried over you for hours,
but I know I have to be strong,
I have to pack our memories away,
It's time to move along

I don't regret these tears,
and I don't regret the past,
just remember when I'm gone ...
you let this all surpass

The author's comments:
Everybody has had their heart broken at least once, and knows the feeling of how bad it hurts. It's not fun at all. It's okay to cry over it, we're human. But, you do need to move along at some point and be strong.

Today is the Tomorrow you were worrying about Yesterday. The journey of a lifetime begins with one single step. Negativity is the downfall of dreams. It's not the quantity of friends that matters it's the quality.
