I don't know why you act like this.
I see you everyday.
And you just walk on by,
without even looking my way.

After the past we've had,
you still don't even care,
but why would you pretend
like there was nothing ever there?

It kills me the way you ignore my
eyes without even looking back.
I just don't understand
how you could be so cold like that.

And me? I just hide behind this
smile, too afraid to let you know.
When I finally decide to tell you,
I'll be strong enough to let you go.
