Sometimes, we put up walls, not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to knock them down....

Giving up doesn't mean we're weak, it just means we're strong enough to let go....

There are some people who feel no pain.
They feel no pain when struck with a cane.
Most would think it'd be a walk in the park,
I think it'd be more like stumbling in the dark.
We need to feel pain to know if we'll lose,
To see if a desperate option we should choose.
Often, painlessness is continuously abused,
And when the end comes, the user is left confused.
They wish now that they are dead,
As their limbs seem to be full of lead.
Their hearts are blue, their eyelids droop,
Yet still through the forest they will troop.
Invincibility has backfired on them,
They trudge endlessly, hearts filled with condemn.
They eternally stumble in the dark,
Thinking regretfully of their walk in the park.
