I walked alone on this lonesome, empty road.
The sand was blowing and stung my tired, weary eyes.
Then, in the distance, I saw you and your open heart.
All the dust subsided,
in you I confided my love.
And I will never have to be alone again.

The author's comments:
This was a super fast song a whipped up for my girlfriend for Christmas. It isn't horrible deep, but I thought I might share it anyway. I feel bad for her though, I made a video of my playing and singing it for her on guitar... I can't sing or play well at all.
