Smile.

Sometimes.
I think of things.
As things turn into other things.
and I'll write, or I'll sing along.
When everything feels wrong.

But then I think,
Of a smile that makes me sink.
To the depths that surpasses Atlantis.
THinking that nothing can surpass this.

So, Smile.
Smile and I won't think for a while.
Don't just smile for me.
Smile for the sea.
Smile to be.
A lighthouse for all who'll see.
'Cause sometimes stars need to find their way home,
So make a wish tonight.

I know things are getting pushed to the brink.
The smoke clouds your mind, It's hard to think.
I know how easy it is to sink.
Feeling like everything's pulling you in.
Thinking you'll never win.

But, Just smile.
Smile so I won't think for a while.
Don't just smile for me.
Smile for the sea.
Smile to be.
A lighthouse for all who'll see.
'Cause sometimes stars need to find their way home,
So make a wish tonight.

Breathe.
Breathe in and sigh.
Things aren't going alright.
I know, I know.
That try as you might.
You just lose sight.
That future.
Those moments.
Those things you hold in, your hand.

Smile.
So I won't think for a while.
You don't have to smile for me.
Smile for all to see.
That you are beyond all that you're meant to be.
