You told me we'd be each others saviors,
You were the reason for each of my prayers,
I wish I didn't know that you'd never care
Cause at one point you were my breath of fresh air
I wish there was a way you could see
How strong everyday i've been trying to be.
Funny how it's for you, not me.
Cause I'm still hoping one day we'll be
together so I can stop being strong,
because every minute without you seems twice as long
It's hard to put my thoughts into song,
But the hardest part will be moving on
