PLEASE DON’T TAKE MY KODACHROME!!!

My guide is a metallic grey,
But it isn't the same throughout.
It’s scratched and chipped.
It’s different every day
Just like the coffee in it.
I don't mind.
Everyone has something
to help them cope.
It gets me through the day,
That’s all that matters.
Just getting by.
It travels with me.
It’s seen the whole state.
Never lost.
It might as well be stuck to me.
Same as I’m stuck right now.
