Grief strips himself layer by layer
Hobbling like an injured beast to the bathroom
Every footstep is sauteed in sorrow
He rakes his limbs into a pile as he hauls himself into the bathtub
Tears rush down the waterfall of his face
He begins to swim
Swimming in his own pool of tears
He will never stop swimming
