Have you ever felt like you will explode?
Or implode, I can not always tell the difference
Like a beam of sunshine
You are in the spotlight
Golden
Rich
Like honey
You know that feeling when your skin prickles
Like winter air biting at it
Goosebumps
Nerves
Excitement
Like you are blowing bubbles in a field
Or you are a dandelion being carried by the wind
Like a summer day
As if you are blushing
A glow
Your muscles cramping
And then of couse it all spills out
And you find confetti on the floor
They say that is called a smile
But I am not really sure

I hope that anyone who reads this will smile. I always tell my friends that when they are sad they should smile. I tell them it will make their whole day but they say "I can't". So I started telling them to imagine these feeling and before they knew it they were laughing. I am lucky enough to always feel a little bit optimistic and I want to share that with others.
