Susie’s sad sobs soak the satin pillowcase. Head pounding and lips trembling, she plays and plays the vivid moment over and over again. Looking down at Jack’s shock when she placed the ring back in his hand. Flashbacks flood her mind of the moments, memories, and magic made together. Something didn’t feel right.
