When my grandma was in the hospital we thought it was just another normal visit,
We all knew she didn't feel right but we didn't think about it,
When the doctors told us it wasn't good we expected her to push through like she always did,
After a few weeks of being in the hospital, time was becoming short,
She wasn't able to eat anymore,
Her voice was getting weak,
She couldn't stay awake,
Until the night.
May 13th 2015
We were there with her,
Doctors told us it wasn't going to be much longer,
We all said our goodbye's and prayed for her,
Just like that she could no longer give us a response.
