She's not like most girls he said
What do you mean they asked him
One moment she'll be laughing and open
The next she's closed like a door
Her laughter comes from a place
That was once deeply hurt
Her smile is like the sun after a storm
Her eyes gleam of once shed tears
And she holds herself in a manner
One would think she's a brick wall
But she walks with such grace
Of many hidden secrets
She's a fighter
And she knows it
