Occasionally following a prosperous spell
Arrives a period during which all
Escapes.
Now, I've never had dementia but
I have entered a room lured by a particular quest and found myself,
Upon intrusion, pondering what my
Purpose there had been
And I have idled while a name or
A date or location slipped from
The end of my tongue and slid into my
Larynx and proclaimed
Itself, hours later,
And is that not similar enough?
