You only live once
How cheesy is that?
Yet how true is it?
You will only be 16 one time
You are only going to be in this exact moment of life one time
So you have the chance to jump out of that airplane,
but let fear get in the way.
Fear is dumb
You cannot let your whole life be controlled by fear when you only live one time
Take all the chances you can get
Risk everything
Laugh with a passion
Don’t hide your laugh
It is beautiful
It is unique
It shows me you are alive
It tells me you’re happy
Laugh as if no one can hear your laugh that you think sounds so terrible
Do something you are passionate about
If you’re passionate about dancing
Then dance
You dance on a big stage, in front of all of those people
And you dance with no fear
You dance like no one is there watching you
As if you are the only person in the room
Because I can tell you right now that if you are passionate about something, odds are you’re going to be great at it
I challenge you
To live everyday as if it were your last
To take more risks than you ever thought you could
Kiss the person you like
Laugh at your mistakes
Jump out of the airplane
Jump off the cliff
Take your leap of faith
Defeat the odds
I challenge you to live.
Live with no regrets
Live with no fear
Live with a positive mindset
So that you’ll be able to look on the brighter side of everything
Buy the shoes you want
And while you’re at it by the dress that goes perfect with it
Go out with friends
Spend a day to yourself
Hike the mountain
Then sit atop and look at whatever is below you and think
“I did it”
You will only have this moment one time in your life ever
Are you gonna spend it how everyone else spends their time?
Or are you going to do what you want to do?
Are you going to let what they are going to say hold you back?
Or are you going to let it be your motivation?
I ask this question one more time
