He was forgotten.
He was alone.
He was far from being known.
Although...he was seen as a rat…
A being asking for attention.
Everyone who saw him…
Ignored, hoping that he wouldn’t see them as his own.
He was never loved
Or even cared for,
Even though he thrived,
He still knew he wouldn’t survive.
Everyone looked down.
While he looked up...hoping for someone
Anyone to notice him.
He was cold…
And alone.
