Why bury yourself in old textbooks?
Asking yourself, what will be the outfit for the day?
Khaki pants, with a black polo?
Or the short knee length white dress? Either way,
We will be matching with everybody else.
Walking into class, wishing for no homework.
Having spent the night before finishing up work or
Studying for the exam.
But in the end, how we dress won’t matter
Nor how late we stay up with textbooks to our noses,
We are York Dorks with the desire to graduate.
