Life on the beach

Living on the beach isn’t as great as you think it would be
Trash is left to be washed away by roaring waves
People walk away looking like lobsters
It smells like sunscreen
and dead fish get pushed to shore
Babies cry of exhaustion
People are grumpy at the end of the day
because there is sand in unwanted places
Waves push little kids over
Toddlers chase me away
Nobody will share their food with me
There is never a moment of silence
and I get tired of flying
The beach isn't all that it's cracked up to be
