The Trial
Equivocate no more for me,
my darling guardian Gabriel.
They say some souls are so depraved
even God dubs them unsavable
and one is mine.
Search for me where devils fell,
the evidently unlatched cell;
the Inquisitions
deem me diabolical.
Equivocate no more for me,
the trials in this court of peace
obtained their evidence before my birth.
Although- to this court of fools-
I will say one thing though.
Of all the brutish strength you’ve shown
the spirit of a man to you is nebulous.
