Burn greatness for greed
Unsatisfied but you proceed
Worth melts in hollow hands
Gather their
teacup of brains
Transparent insecurity
Your mind is empty
You didn't deserve her toiled feet
For this unfair foolery
Your empty words hold a leash
on beautiful things
Promising words of love
through deceit
covering loneliness
You say you want
what's best for her
So let her free
You are what makes her weak
Coward
Is all you'll be

This short piece is inspired by the individuals who suffer in unhealthy relationships. To give insight to blinded men and women who truly believe they are being loved, when in reality they are living in deception. Scared of removing themselves from someone they taught themselves to depend on. It's not love, when the person tries to change you. There is nothing wrong with you, you just owe more to yourself. If we all settle for what we think we deserve then we have cheated life's intentions.
