Do you notice me?
Does my presence persist?
Or am I invisible?
If I spoke, would you reply?
Or would you shrug away? Perhaps tell me to go elsewhere?
By wallowing in the silence am I shielding myself
from your ignorance?
Could it be that by avoiding confrontation, I am thereby
the one ignorant to a chance of mutualism?
