The thought of you is like,
A rainbow after a violent storm,
A sunset full of vibrant color,
smooth silk under my finger tips,
or doves flooding a tanquil sky.
Your touch is like,
my best friends much-needed hug,
reading my favorite book,
a clean sheet of paper waiting for words,
or the spilling of emotion on a blank canvas.
You're all of my favorite things,
combined into one imperfect person.
