Hungry

The kid who sits beside me is always hungry
My food suddenly becomes a feeding hole for the both of us
I cannot give him enough
And for some reason I feel bad
Like it is my responsibility to feed him
I start giving him everything
He pleasantly says “thanks man” like that's enough
And now i'm hungry
Day after day lunch has no meaning
And now i'm the kid begging for food
And all I have to say is “Thanks man”
