The bears of disaster
They're coming--
The bears force their way through the terrain
No one can stop their wrath
Cracking, tearing up, turning stone to dust--
They tremble your foundation
The bears of disaster
There is a pause--
Silence that consumes time
When it catches up,
It leaves you with nothing--
But the stain of red
they have the power to turn atheist into the religious
The calm into the paranoid
The reckless into the cautious
We desperately try to ignore it;
The constant quake of the earth
We try to drown it out--
Entertain ourselves
We come up with conclusions
As to why this is happening
Some blame it on ¨god¨, global warming, karma.
There is no explanation
But none of it matters
Because my dear
She can make them trumble!
Her love makes disaster coward with fear
The bears dare to tempt her resting body
Her soulful eyes
Her love triumphs the quake of the earth
The cracking
Tearing up
The tremble of your foundation
She makes it still
