Rainbow

I heard the pitter-patter of rain drops on the roof. Getting louder with every passing second. Inching closer to my bed, just wanting to lay back down, everything went silent. Curiosity ran through me, as I turned around and went outside, a beautiful sight awaited me. A rainbow, brightly displaying every color imaginable. Then the air turned from muggy to cool, crisp, wonderfullness. The grasshoppers came out to play and head to a new destination, just like I would.

I love writing about nature. I just feel like I can display it in a way that makes sense to me. All the describatory words make me feel as if I know what is going on.
