Benchwarmer
Its game day.
We're on our way to Wynne,
And all I can think about is getting to play.
But all I do is sit the bench,
Watching everyone mess up.
Finally she puts me in
I make one bad pass and I lockup.
She takes me out,
And I'm back on the bench, again

This poem is about volleyball and not getting to touch the court and when you do, you mess up once and she takes you out and you're back on the bench.
