Walking in the Snow
I walked in the snow.
It was so white, pure
so deep
it could've easily
swallowed a small child
and kept him under the blankets.
I walked in the snow
and made an angel.
I didn't make a snow man,
I thought
it must be painful
when its body melts.
But an angel would fly away.
I walked in the snow.
Left foot prints
all over
so the snow would know
that somebody
walked on it.
