Do not run from the sadness. Sit down and feel every ache and every pain in your lonesome body until you think you may explode. Let it gurgle in your mouth and spit it out like the bad taste they left. Do not run. Feel the ocean of emotions sweep through your spine, into your head and then push it back out again. Scream and yell and holler and stomp until your tonsils tear and your face turns blue. But do not run from it. Do not compress it down to the underside of your belly and ponder why you may get sick. Understand what you are feeling, comprehend every tear. Grow. Grow. Grow.
