the wind is cool
fresh
peaceful
it carries the leaves
blows the grass
shakes the dandelions
flutters the pond
thoughts are rejuvenating
fresh
peaceful
carries our feelings
opinions
secrets
runs in circles
they center our minds
clears our heads
finds our voice
each thought carries a droplet of who we are
thoughts blow over our problems
shake our decisions
flutter our morals
we are all just dandelions getting shaken
by our thoughts

Beautiful wording! I suggest adding some punctuation to help readers feel the flow you're going for a little more, but this is great great work. Keep it up!!
