Favorite Quote:
Even the tallest and most lofty trees have the most reason to dread the thunder.

For months there have been changes
And for months I avoided the mirror
These stiff, rigid and corroded hinges
Transformed me into a lateral terror

For days I have been hurting
And for days I lost my posture
It caught me, this scoliotic feeling
From a straight spine to an abnormal curvature

I found myself slouching
Hurting, having difficulties, and still slouching
It’s like I’ve been hit by a huge boulder
Directly aimed at my right shoulder

It was an excruciating pain that I couldn’t resist
A force so much greater than severe scoliosis

And when I finally had the guts to see my reflection
A certain fear ran through my veins

There was a girl taking hold of my every action
Sitting on my shoulder, driving me insane.
